Unlike our seasonal bouquets where we choose the flowers, Custom Design puts you in charge. Every personalized bouquet is hand-arranged with the freshest blooms available — sourced locally whenever possible. We do our best to include your requested flowers; if something isn't available, we substitute with blooms of similar style and quality.

Why We Do Things Differently

Kvetka means "flower" in Belarusian — a connection to our roots and centuries of European floral tradition.

We grew up in Belarus, where flowers are part of everyday life. Bouquets there aren't stiff or symmetrical — they're wild, romantic, and full of movement, like they were just gathered from a meadow.

When we moved to Portland, we fell in love with Oregon's local flower farms. Now Kvetka Flower blends European-style floristry with the Pacific Northwest's best seasonal blooms — handcrafted bouquets that feel personal, natural, and alive.
