Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on kvetkaflower.com. The site is operated by Kvetka Flower, a florist based in Austin, Texas. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our flowers. Every bouquet is designed by hand from the freshest flowers available that day. Because flowers are seasonal, the exact stems, colors and quantities may differ slightly from the photos. When a flower is unavailable, we replace it with one of similar style, color and value, and we always keep the overall look and mood of the design.

2. Orders and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and include the bouquet and packaging. Delivery fees and applicable sales tax are added at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place the order. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, in which case you receive a full refund.

3. Delivery. Delivery areas, windows and fees are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4. Changes and cancellations. You can change or cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it. Write to info@kvetkaflower.com as early as you can and we will do our best to help.

5. Refunds. If your flowers are not what you hoped for, we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Flower subscriptions. Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically on the schedule you choose at checkout. To pause or cancel, contact us by email or phone before your next billing date.

7. Weddings and events. Wedding and event florals are confirmed with a separate proposal and agreement, which sets out the deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your date.

8. Photos. We may photograph the arrangements we create and share them on our website and social media. We never publish photos of the recipient or their home without permission.

9. Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Flowers and plants are not intended to be eaten; some may be harmful to pets or people if swallowed.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
