Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kvetka Flower, we specialize in local flower delivery throughout the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. We believe fresh flowers deserve to arrive fresh—that's why we deliver ourselves, with care and attention to every bouquet.

Delivery Area We currently deliver to Portland and surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles of downtown Portland. If you're unsure whether your address is within our delivery zone, please contact us at info@kvetkaflower.com before placing your order.

Delivery Hours We offer same-day delivery 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends—when most florists are closed. Delivery times are typically between 10 AM and 10 PM.

Delivery Fee A flat delivery fee applies to all orders and is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Recipient Availability If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe location (porch, doorstep, with a neighbor, or building reception). We are not responsible for arrangements left in accordance with delivery instructions.
