Floral design by Kvetka Flower

A warm July day, a lush garden setting, and a celebration filled with love. C+J's wedding at McMenamins Edgefield was the kind of Oregon garden wedding that feels like a dream — intimate, elegant, and effortlessly romantic.

For this beautiful McMenamins Edgefield wedding, our team designed a complete floral story in soft whites, creamy blush, and natural greenery:

  • The Bridal Bouquet No. 9, a stunning cascading white orchid bouquet featuring five stems of pure phalaenopsis — minimalist, modern, and unforgettable.
  • Lush bridesmaid bouquets with blush roses, white hydrangea, and trailing green amaranthus for a soft, garden-inspired look.
  • Wedding ceremony flowers on ground — flowing meadow-style installations framing the altar without an arch, letting the natural garden backdrop shine.
  • A romantic sweetheart table surrounded by floor floral arrangements with white orchids, garden roses, and taper candles.
  • Elegant centerpieces for guest tables featuring blush roses, cream garden roses, white hydrangea, and silver candelabras with taper candles.
  • Floral accents for the welcome sign, staircase, and memorial table.

The color palette was a timeless blend of white, blush, and cream with pops of soft peach and abundant lush greenery. Our goal was to create garden wedding flowers that felt organic and romantic — perfectly suited for a warm summer evening under the trees at McMenamins Edgefield.

This project is part of our Wedding Collection.

Our Signature European Style

We believe wedding florals should feel organic and untamed, like they were just gathered from a wild garden. Unlike stiff, factory-made arrangements, our designs emphasize negative space, natural movement, and rich seasonal textures.

We prioritize locally grown blooms from nearby farms and use sustainable mechanics (no floral foam), ensuring your wedding is as kind to the earth as it is beautiful.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the average cost of wedding flowers in Portland?

Every wedding is unique. For a full-service wedding in the Portland area — at venues like Blockhouse or Tendue — our couples typically invest between $2,000 and $6,000+. This budget ensures lush, impact-focused designs, delivery, and breakdown. We can provide a detailed estimate based on your specific venue's logistics.

What is your floral design style?

We specialize in European-inspired, wildflower wedding bouquets and organic arrangements. Our signature look combines the elegance of fine art design with the untamed beauty of nature—creating whimsical designs that feel like they were gathered from a wild garden rather than stiff, traditional shapes.

Do you travel to the Oregon Coast or Wine Country?

Absolutely. We love bringing our organic floral design to the Oregon Coast, Mt. Hood, and the Columbia River Gorge. Whether it's an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, we handle the safe transport of your blooms across the Pacific Northwest.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend securing your date 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for peak summer dates (June through September). We take a limited number of commissions per weekend to ensure every couple gets our full creative attention. If your date is sooner, please inquire — we may still have availability.

Do you offer packages or custom proposals?

We specialize in custom floral design. After our initial consultation, you will receive a detailed, itemized proposal tailored specifically to your venue and vision. We don't use rigid packages because your wedding deserves a design that is entirely your own.
